The mind is a muscle — and muscles are built, not streamed.
Mental strength is the ability to do what's healthy regardless of how you feel.

There is a quiet assumption baked into most mental health apps: that difficult feelings are problems to be soothed away. Cravings, urges, discomfort, anxiety. Turn them down, and you win. But that framing is exactly backwards, and it is why streaming a meditation rarely changes anything for long.
Those feelings are not the enemy. They are sensations, and sensations are nothing more than units of measurement: the weight on the bar. A heavy sensation is not a sign something is wrong with you. It is the load you are training against.
Strength is what changes the weight
Mental strength is your ability to do what's healthy regardless of how you feel. With the right reps, sensations that used to run your life become a walk in the park, not because they got lighter, but because you got stronger. That is the whole game. You are not trying to feel less. You are trying to be able to act well no matter what you feel.
You cannot stream your way to strong
Nobody watches lifting videos and gets a stronger back. Muscles are built, not streamed. The same is true here. The incumbents help you avoid the workout by turning the weight down for a while. Soil makes you strong enough to beat it. It is a gym for the mind: structured, progressive training that targets specific kinds of strength and measures your progress, because behavior is observable, and strength you cannot see is strength you cannot improve.
The honest part
Lifting weights is not comfortable, and neither is this. Training mental strength means leaning into the weight on purpose, and the gains come from reps over time, not one good set. It is also not therapy or a substitute for clinical care. If you are in crisis, that deserves real help, not a workout. But if you are ready to stop turning the weight down and start getting stronger, that is what Soil is for.
